I have been charged an additional transaction fee, what is this?

Unfortunately, some banks or credit card providers might add a transaction fee as we're a Finnish based company and the transactions are international. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee these fees, but feel free to reach out to us and we'll see what we can do for the issue.
